Person must be comfortable with computers and learning new things.
Experience in dentistry is a plus, but not required as we are willing to teach the right candidate on the job if necessary.
A strong emphasis will be placed on exceptional customer service, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering calls and scheduling appointments Directing patient questions or concerns to proper staff Greeting clients warmly in the office Ensuring front desk, lobby, and all public areas are clean, pleasing, and welcoming for patients Preparing proper paperwork and forms Assisting with patient flow and minimizing wait times Placing reminder calls and follow up calls to patients Preparing patient charts and anticipated supplies for each day Daily office opening and closing tasks Reviewing schedules and planning daily flow and room utilization Patient check out and collection of charges Assistance with back office tasks to ensure flow of workload as needed (including room turnover and set up and any other tasks needed) Ordering office supplies as needed
